The One Who Experiences Love and Happiness

THE TRUTH ABOUT YOU CANNOT BE ALTERED
Like you I was born into this world without knowing of conditional acceptance. I didn’t realize that the acceptance I would learn to crave, must be earned. I didn’t know what was coming. I didn’t realize that the acceptance I earned from others would be the basis for which their love would be either offered or withheld. Simply, love and acceptance are coterminous. When acting in acceptable manner, I was shown love.
At birth, we are unaware of the conditions that will soon be placed on our ability to deserve the love of others. Birth is the manifestation of love, and in our first moments we know nothing other than our oneness with that single experience. In that moment we are nothing more or less than pure uncontaminated life, cradled in love.
Like you, until taught by the world’s conventional reality, I did not realize that gaining the acceptance of others would be both necessary and essential to attaining personal happiness.
Nor did I realize that achieving intellectual, athletic, career, social, communicative, or creative acceptance would be pivotal to earning the love of others.
Like you, as a newborn, I did not know that I would, before too long, be judged both on my appearance and abilities; nor did I imagine that the level of my accomplishments would determine how the world would treat me, or the impact it would have on what I would believe about myself.
As maturing youngsters, we begin to comprehend the idea that we get along with some folks better than we do others. Also it is discovered sooner or later that we’re not capable, in all situations, of being accepted by a particular group that we wish to join.
In our pre-adult years we also learn that our identity is characterized to some degree, in accordance with both our dissimilarity and likenesses to others. This would include things like our looks, background, family
pedigree, personality characteristics, or common interests. Because of the way we compare ourselves to others, we cause ourselves to be continually in search of the ever-eluding acceptable self-identity. That acceptable identity is the key, we believe, to finding love.
So from infancy on, the world tells us that our acceptability is continually and perpetually in question. Therefore being loved is equally in question. And thusly right from these early years on, our minds become distracted by the pursuit of acceptance, and the memory of who we really are becomes hazy and confused. Rather than remembering who we are, we become preoccupied with crafting a more acceptable self, and we look to the world for kudos and feedback to tells us that we are on track.
The continual disconcerting search for a more acceptable self is not without its ill consequences. Emotional discontent intermittently flares up, because in the search for an acceptable self, we ignore our Real Self, the pure loving child-at-birth self. We have but one true identity; which is, we are One with Super-consciousness, in which we are bonded together by love. In this bonding we are All. We are One.
Due to the pursuit of the things, ambitions and ideas that captivate our drive for acceptance, we consequently distance ourselves from the Truth. We become so overly distracted that the Real Self goes unrecognized. It is forgotten.
Over time, a preponderance of distracting thoughts arise within the mind and layer-by-layer cover the memory of who we really are. The light of Love may be strained to glow through so many filters, but that light is never absent. The Truth about who you really are never leaves you.
You may be distracted by a mind that has been inundated with ideas and thoughts about what you should do or who you should be in order to reach a predetermined level of acceptability. But don’t be deluded. The truth about who you are cannot be described by any acceptance standard. The truth about who you are cannot be determined by any expectation or demands that you or anyone else places on you. You are Truth in your own right. You are Divine. In Truth the concept of acceptability is non-existent. You can do nothing to make yourself more acceptable.
The Truth about you cannot be altered. A car, house, friendship, career, cannot mask the Truth about you. Money power, control, intellect, or self-importance cannot raise you to higher level of acceptability. Masks that are placed on the Truth eventually will wither away. The Truth about who you are is eternal. That Truth is this: You are Love. And Love cannot be altered or adorned in order that it be raised or lowered to a standard of acceptability. Love to You – Don

Who or what is the ego?
The ego is nothing other than our own thoughts about who we are and how we fit into the world. The ego is a self-created and self-generating mind-set. It uses self-judgment as the steering device to guide our thoughts, actions, emotions and feelings. It guides us through our lives with information that is non-inclusive of Super-consciousness.
Where did the ego come from? It was incubated in conventional reality. We learn from infancy that who we are is not enough. We learn that we could be better than we are. We learn that others will make interpretations about who we are and thusly we modify our behavior so that we may be perceived, in their eyes, as acceptable. They will size us up by comparing us to certain acceptable standards, then guide us to meet the conditions of their “acceptable” expectations.
The developing ego learns the importance of making judgments. It learns that being better or in some way accomplished causes others to see us as more acceptable, and thusly we see it in our self. The ego learns that when it is perceived to be missing something that it is expected to have, that it is judged as lacking acceptability. It learns that the acceptance offered by others is conditional in nature, and is completely dependent on how we are perceived.
The ego is nurtured by a false reality, a myth. And so what it believes and proclaims is also false, an illusion. Love to All - Don

Happiness – It’s Your entitlement
There is a way to remove our pain and suffering. In order to do so we must make ourselves aware that the source of all distress, disappointment, and depression resides in the belief that the distractions of the world can offer what Love cannot. Happiness, peacefulness and fulfillment are our entitlements.
Distractions are nothing more that a shrine composed of the many empty symbols that we learn to idolize through the teachings of conventional reality. These distracting symbols reinforce the belief that someone or something can make us acceptable, loved and happy.
In following the ego’s guidance, we pay homage to the many self-serving distractions that seemingly are ever present. We build shrines to money, power, status, and worldly triumphs.
Distractions serve as proof-symbols to show the world that we are important and, in some way, prominent. They show that our acceptability is being validated or our self-worth is being perpetuated and sustained. In Super Consciousness these symbols are meaningless.
Who we really are cannot be defined by the limitations of worldly symbols. Our essential nature within Creation is in no way affiliated with power, performance, prestige, fame, or wealth. None of these symbols are prerequisite on the pathway of happiness.
When distracted we need only make one recollection. Remember, we are always but one small, single thought away from experiencing happiness. When distracted, make the call for Love. Make the request for love and Love will be present. Love To You - Don

Super Consciousness is supreme to conventional consciousness and it is present everywhere and in all things. Super Consciousness presents itself as the unseen and intangible. It is of divine nature and manifests graciousness, in an unrestricted fashion throughout all of creation. It is the true reality in which all of creation rests in balance. It cannot be disturbed or jilted by the concocted and conflicted conventional reality.
It is present as the mother of life. It is present in a puppy, a beaver, a fold and a fly. It is present in everything we see on this planet and in the night sky. It is present in that last breath of air that just entered your body, as well as being present in everything you see out your kitchen window. It is the ultimate form of consciousness that allows loving thought to be called forth and manifested as expressions of the same.
The divine nature of Super Consciousness is made manifest through 100% pure unconditional love. It is present both as a he and she. Super Consciousness is also present in every speck and iota of creation. It is present in you just as it is present everywhere. It is the All Inclusive Intelligence that is present not only as creation itself, but also present in every particle of creation. It allows for the continuation and extension of unrestricted love. It is the Genius that, through love, unifies everything as far as we can see and beyond what we may imagine. And each of us, along with all of creation are unified, together as One in Super Consciousness. Through both loving thoughts and expressions of love, we allow the presence of love to be received in our hearts, and transmitted through our beings. Super Consciousness is our True state of being who we are intended to be. It is our Truth made manifest without any form of self-myth or illusion. It is our Truth made manifest without self-judgment or condemnation. It is our truth made manifest without any form of ego-distraction. In Super Consciousness we are One with the Source of divine, creative cosmic energy. We are One with the presence of God.
Let me show you one illustrative way to depict the concept of Super Consciousness. Draw a big circle, and then fill the circle with oodles of tiny dots. Next, connect all the dots. What does this circle filled with dots and criss-cross lines represent? The dots represent all beings as well as everything within creation, the circle. The lines that interconnect the dots represent unrestricted, unconditional love. The circle, the life and matter within (the dots), along with our interconnectedness through the extension of love (the connecting lines), represent the unified presence of Super Consciousness. It is the Source of our inherent goodness, and kindness. Love is the free flowing and unrestricted energy force that keeps everyone and everything unified as the Whole. Love unites the goodness and kindness that is present in everyone and everything. Love is the pure divine energy that constantly resonates throughout Super Consciousness. Love To All Don

“Even before being born we were being called forth by Divine Intention”
In spite of the movement of many toward a happier and peaceful way of life, many, many others continue to be enormously troubled. They feel that on a fundamental level something is still missing or lacking, and therefore are unable to grasp a way to permanently fill the emptiness within. In the pursuit of a happier life and a more acceptable self, we often become increasingly troubled. We can “walk” through some very dark emotional valleys in our lives, where our love of self seems to have been eroded away, and the raw surface of painful feelings remain both over-exposed and unprotected.
Some of us are burdened with persistent moods of restlessness and discontentment. We feel as if we have been cheated or passed-by, and are therefore dismayed because life isn’t what we thought it would be, or didn’t turn out the way that it was supposed to.
Others must tolerate an existence that presents an endless series of frustrations and disappointments, causing them to feel as if they are trapped into fighting one battle after the next, making their struggle with ongoing conflicts and contradictions seem perpetually inescapable. These unfortunate folks suffer because of gnarling stress brought on by the collision of repetitive, rehashed thoughts.
And still, many others possess heavy hearts that are stuck in the grips of a dark and lingering gloom. They are left to feel lonely and sad because they can’t find a way to fit-in, suffer from feelings of abandonment, loss of a loved-one, or because they can’t seem to make a relationship work.
Why does this happen to so many of us?
The simple answer is: it happens because we have forgotten who we really are. In the perpetual pursuit of ways and measures that will prove our acceptability, we have distanced ourselves from the truth. The truth that we have forgotten is that we are one with a realm of consciousness that does not require us to meet a pre-determined level of acceptability. We forgot that we were born with pureness of heart and mind, and that pureness continues to be who we really are.
Even before being born, we were being called forth by Divine Intention.
As the gap grew between who we really are and who we are trying to be, we forgot about our reality. We forgot that we are totally acceptable and naturally happy. We became distracted. From a young age we are taught that the myth that was created about our self is the truth. This myth continues, being perpetuated by a reality that speaks to us about our lack of acceptability. This myth relentlessly communicates to us that who we are is not yet acceptable and we must do something other than what we are doing in order to come up to the compliance standards of a conventional reality.
